Ashley Goode received a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a focus in painting from Southern Methodist University in 2003. She also is a recipient of several awards including a University Scholarship, the Founders Club Grant for Women Artists, and the Zelle Award.
Her work focuses on color relationships within a real setting. Investigating the behavior of color as it reflects, contrasts, and vibrates across each surface. Carefully constructed still-life arrangements mirroring those of the Dutch Masters allow her to explore color theories. Patrons are invited to participate in this study by contributing works for commission, including portraits and murals.
Ashley resides and works in Richardson, Texas (a suburb just north of Dallas) with her artist husband Josh and her beautiful daughter Savannah.
